Could you recommend any restaurants/cafes/bars for eating out with children?

Billys Bakery NYC was just down the road from our apartment – lovely for takeaway cupcakes!

Chelsea Market was walking distance from our apartment. Perfect for eat in or take away. Lots of different cuisines under one roof – we loved the sandwiches from Num Pang.

Can’t go past the Shake Shack for family friendly burgers and fries.

It’s NYC!! So much to see and do – we managed to get to all the main tourist spots with Miss 13 months in tow; watching the ice skating in Rockefeller centre, a lift to the top of the Empire State Building and a night in Times Square watching the lights.

Some of our favourite days were spent in central park watching the squirrels run up the trees while we had picnic lunches. The High Line is a must if you catch a sunny day.
And of course we stopped at every swing, slide and play ground along the way!
